Ron Gero, Executive VP/Managing Partner
Ron came into aviation with an experienced background of specialized business ownership and crew management. He started in aviation as an aircraft cabinet maker for K-C Aviation. His quick learning earned him promotions to interior engineering specialist, cabinet shop supervisor, refurbishment project manager, aircraft lead and eventually refurbishment shop manager with a crew of 35 employees, all within a period of 2 years. The transition of KC to a Gulfstream facility allowed Ron the opportunity to learn GAC processes and procedures while working at the Long Beach and Appleton facilities. He was a dedicated interior problem solver at the Long Beach facility for a short period of time during the backlog of G V deliveries.
He was recruited by Flight Options, to develop and manage an in house department to recomplete and refurbish aircraft. He immediately became responsible for several aircraft in the process of re-outfitting and a large operating budget for recompletions and modifications to the aircraft. The recompletions included new interior, paint, modifications and avionics upgrades. With the large quantity of work involved, sometimes with many aircraft in process at the same time, Ron recognized the need for, and assisted Mike with, the development of standardized processes and equipment to mange and provide quality improvements for the end products. There were over 60 aircraft recompleted under his guidance. His department quickly obtained downtimes less than the majority of well established service centers could offer. They also developed STCs for first time installs during product early offerings.
After joining the team to form Axiom Aviation, Ron took on the task of developing international businessfor the company. He has established numerous contacts and generated business from India, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, China, Venezuela and many countries in Europe. The hiring and managing of Axiom sales representatives in the UK, Australia and Hong Kong are all part of his responsibility. He continues to manage completions, refurbishments, pre-buys, maintenance events and provide general consulting. Currently he has a G 550 acquisition and completion management project in process and is managing the brokerage of several of Axiom’s aircraft offerings. He too practices the art of aircraft sales and acquisitions for dedicated clients. Ron continues to update Axiom’s written processes and procedures to adapt to changing market conditions.

Joe Singh , European and Mid East Sales Representative
Although Joe comes from varied experiences outside of aviation, he brings a burning desire to succeed in a new industry. To gain entry into the exciting world of aviation, Joe saw the need for a good charter broker and potential for a successful business in the United Kingdom. Armed with research and motivation, Joe was able to convince the CEO of Bluestar Jets to start an office there. With his management skill and hard work Joe was able to quickly build up a solid team of professionals making Bluestar a very recognizable aviation name inthe UK. Given the nature of the Bluestar charter broker business Joe was expected to forge close relationships with international business leaders, high net worth individuals and large corporations. With his dealings with clients at the highest levels during his tenure at Bluestar, on many occaisions he was asked to help procure aircraft on their behalf. In doing so he introduced him self to Ron at Axiom, looking for assistance and advice, and building a good rapport. Joe realized then that his future lay more in aircraft brokerage and consulting, joining Axiom in late 2008. He has opened many doors internationally, bringing several long range promising projects to Axiom. He continues to provide sales and lead development services, concentrating his efforts in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Far East, and works closely with Sita Wissenbach in the Indian areas.
