Axiom Aviation's ability to offer its clients 360° of expertise is the product of an executive management team whose areas of proven success span the entire spectrum of aircraft sales, acquisitions, refurbishments and operations.

Andy Toy, President
Andy has held management positions with Flight Options and Miller Aviation, for a total of over 29 years in the aviation industry. At Flight Options, Andy was responsible for the acquisition and prepurchase management of much of the original pre-owned fleet. During the 22 years at Miller Aviation, he held positions as their Senior Aircraft Salesman, Charter Captain, and FAR Part 135 Training Officer. Andy also represented the Rochester, NY Flight Standards District Office as an FAA Designated Pilot Examiner. With over 9,000 hours, Andy holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with Citation type rating and a Flight Instructor Certificate with Instrument and Multi-engine ratings.

Mike Herchick, COO
Mike has held management positions at Fairchild, KC Aviation, Gulfstream and Flight Options. While at Westfield KC & Gulfstream he was responsible for the growth of the refurbishment department. At Flight Options he was instrumental in developing vendor relations and performance requirements, designing and standardizing interiors. In addition, he was responsible for the development of the refurbishment program for the fleet of 210 aircraft. He assisted with the integration of Flight Options fleet standards during the Travel Air/Flight Options merger. Mike is also an experienced aircraft mechanic and holds a Private Pilot License.

Ron Gero, Executive VP
At Westfield KC Aviation and Gulfstream, Ron directed the start-up and growth of the cabinet shop, instituted engineering processes for modification approvals, assisted with the growth of the entire refurbishment department and facility expansion, and became the refurbishment department manager. In a move to Flight Options he became responsible for the project management of in-house and out-sourced completions of the company's small cabin aircraft, the development of a fleet refurbishment program and establishing vendor relations. Reduced downtimes through refining of processes developed during his tenure at Flight Options now translates into best practices for the projects overseen by Axiom Aviation on behalf of its clients.

KEN WEEKS, RESEARCH MANAGER
Axiom Aviation, Inc is pleased to announce the newest member of our team, Mr. Ken Weeks. Ken is a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics and a minor in Aviation Management. Additionally, he holds a Multi-Engine Commercial Pilot’s License. Ken is excited about being introduced to our segment of the industry and will begin by managing our research efforts.Ken will be working in our Cleveland, Ohio office.  He may be contacting you at some point in the near future to discuss opportunities in aircraft marketing.
